Terms & Conditions Of Sale

  1. Orders are accepted and promises for delivery given, conditionally upon our being able to secure the necessary good and material, and responsibility for delays arising through risks and uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.

  2. Any breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 48 hours.

  3. The return of goods specially purchased for customers cannot be accepted in any circumstances, but the return of stock items in good condition will normally be accepted within 7 days of purchase subject to a 25% restocking charge (minimum charge of £5.00)

  4. The supply of goods does not mean they are suitable for a specific installation. We can only be held responsible for any failure on products supplied by us to the extent that the manufacturer of such products is prepared to guarantee the same. Shading/ pile reversal is not a manufacturing fault.

  5. The risk of goods shall pass on to the customer on delivery or collection in accordance with these conditions, but the property in the goods shall not pass to the customer until payment is made in full.

  6. In the event of any complaints arising from the manufacture faults, our liability is limited to the replacement of the goods only, in so far as they are obtainable.

  7. The right is reserved to refuse countermands.

  8. The information regarding the company's goods is supplied in good faith but it shall be the duty of the customer to rely on his/her own judgement as to the nature, quantity and suitability for his/her purposes of the companies goods.

  9. Samples supplied are solely to enable the customer to assess the quality of the bulk and not so as to constitute a sale by sample. Samples are supplied as guidance only.

  10. Not guarantee is given that the colour shades of the goods supplied will match accurately the colour shades of any previous orders of following orders.

  11. The contract shall be governed by English Law. The English courts shall be the proper venue for any action arising out of the contract.

  12. Quotations and prices are given in good faith and are based on current costs (at the time when quotations are given) The quoted price shall be subject the amendment in the event of alteration of the manufacturer's price, changes in currency rates or any additional changes in the company's costs which force an amendment to prices or quotations.

  13. Delivery time shall not be the essence of the contract. Delivery times are quoted in good faith. The company shall make every effort to comply with quoted delivery times, but it shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill delivery on or before quoted time. Any subsequent actions arising from the failure to deliver goods on or before the quoted delivery time shall not make the company liable. Deliveries are made in good faith as a service.

  14. Any items ordered and delivered by a courier service cannot be returned unless damaged.
